guest-ready food forest projects (real case studies from NZ, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and beyond)

-
The 0→3 sequence that stops you from building in the wrong order
-
How to pick your flagship zone & first paid loop
-
How to avoid six-figure mistakes on water, access & accommodation
-
Plus, a live Q&A where you can ask me your questions
What you'll learn at this Free Training
-
How to use the 0→3 roadmap to stop guessing where cabins, paths and toilets should go
-
How to pick a flagship zone and design a Phase‑1 loop without overbuilding
-
The sequencing mistakes that quietly cost farms 2–3 seasons and 5–6 figures to fix
-
Real examples from Sri Lanka, Kenya and NZ – what changed once the order was right
This is for you if...
-
You own or control land and want to host paying guests (now or in the next 3-5 years)
-
You care about regeneration and production first, not just pretty cabins
-
You're thinking in 3-10 year horizons and want a plan you can actually build (not just imagine)
Hey, I’m Byron.
I’ve spent the last 7 years turning my family’s abandoned citrus block in NZ into a working syntropic demonstration farm, visiting 100+ of the best syntropic farms in the world, and designing 50+ agroforestry and farm‑stay projects across climates. From a 13‑acre hillside in Sri Lanka to a children’s campus in Kenya, and across New Zealand, Australia, Europe & the US.
Most of them had the same problem: beautiful land, beautiful vision, and no clear order for how to go from 'blank slate' to “working farm” or “guest‑ready experience” without making permanent errors or wasting time & money.
This session is me walking you through the exact 0–3 roadmap I use to fix that, and showing you what that would look like on your land.
